Refund policy

 

Since items are printed to order, we cannot always accept returns/refunds, only in cases where the item is lost in the mail or damaged.

For these scenarios previously mentioned, we have a 14-day return policy in place, which states that the customer has 14 days after receiving the product to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return your item must be meet the following requirements:

  • Product has to be in the same condition as you received it,
  • It has to be in unworn or unused condition
  • Carrying tags and/or stickers
  • The item has to be returned, inside its original packaging.

To initiate the return process, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. for more information regarding this you are free to get in touch with us through our online chat system.

If the return is approved, the customer will have to provide a return shipping label provided by the courier, as well as a 5% restocking fee.

Since we are a small business, we currently have no capacity to offer free return labels. Items sent back to us without prior return request will not be processed.

Damages and issues

Make sure to inspect your order once received, and contact us immediately if the item shows any signs of damaged, defects or if the the wrong item has been delivered, do this so that we can evaluate the issue and try to solve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

There are cases where we cannot accept returns, even if the criteria types previously mentioned apply. For example products that have been opened and worn, products without the original packaging, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  For further information don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We are also unable to accept returns or cancelations if you changed your mind about the item or ordered the wrong size by mistake. If it has happened, please inform us within the first 12 hours of the order so we can look into the situation. As previously said, items are made to order and may not be exchanged if the wrong size was purchased or if you changed your mind about it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bare in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to authorize and process the refund. If the time frame for your refund has passed over 15 business days since the item was approved for return, please contact us as soon as possible.

We reserve the right for any errors on this website as well as for the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain colour difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
