  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) will typically be processed the same day.
  • During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

3. Free Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £60 before tax and after discounts.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the courier’s website or through your account on our website.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Stallion Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
  • If your package is missing, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.
  • If your package is delayed, reach out to support@stallionfitness.com, and we will assist you.

6. International Shipping Details

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • If customs fees are unpaid and the package is returned, we will refund the order minus shipping costs.

7. Address Changes & Order Issues

  • If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes.

8. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
